There is a global awakening to the need for embodiment. What is lacking is a forum, free to all, where insights, events, questions and news from around the world can be shared. Filling that gap is the purpose of this platform.
The Embodied Present Process™ (TEPP) is an umbrella term for an approach to embodiment that relies on very simple, highly-effective practices developed by Philip Shepherd and taught worldwide. Because TEPP works as directly as possible with the body's intelligence, it involves neither dogma nor a belief system. It has been embraced by practitioners of yoga, dance, psychology and psychotherapy, the Alexander Technique and Feldenkrais Method, trauma-related therapies, and medicine, as well as by practitioners of all the major faiths. Because of that, we are well positioned to include and welcome into this community all who are interested.
